Returns & Refunds

you have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know you'd like to return it.

Getting in touch Just drop me an email at: infoliennart@gmail.com, within those 14 days with your "order number" and "Return" in the subject line.

Sending it back Once you've notified me, you have another 14 days to send the items back. Please make sure everything is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Your refund I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. I'll refund you within 14 days back to the same payment method you used at checkout.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
